Greetings Students, Parents and Friends of the Whitlock Flexible Learning Center:

It is with great pleasure that I welcome everyone to the start of the 2021-22 school year.  I'm Cameron Collier, Principal of the Whitlock Flexible Learning Center. I am returning to District 7, and I bring nearly 20 years of education and experience as a teacher as well as administrator. I began my teaching career in Rock Hill, SC.  I later served as a teacher at Carver Middle School, an assistant principal at Carver, an assistant principal at the Spartanburg County Alternative School, an assistant principal at Spartanburg High School and later as the Director of the Freshman Academy at Spartanburg High School before my last role as the High School Principal at High Point Academy.  I have been married to my wife, Angela, for 18 years.  We are the proud parents of two beautiful daughters: Logan and Chloe.    

At the Flexible Learning Center, our motto is, “The BEST child, EVERY DAY, the SUCCESSFUL way!”  Our vision is to provide students with a rigorous academic program where they will be academically and socially successful by providing them with 21st century skills. We look forward to working with our students this year and we look forward to assisting each student to better serve and assist them with reaching their academic and career goals.   Your child’s “Fresh Start” is the beginning of his/her future, and we are extremely excited to be an integral part of it.  We invite you to be an active part of your child’s education and an active part of our school community.
